Biscuits (for Scramble Slop, or whatever!)

To me a truly great breakfast always has biscuits. Here's a wonderful and easy vegan biscuit recipe! The original working recipe was double this (hence the weird Soy Milk measurement, 3oz = half of 3/4 Cup), but we always found ourselves halving it to serve 2 people. Feel free to double it to feed more!

6 small biscuits. Serves 2 -3.
We usually have these ingredients already lying around. Cost... $1?

1 Cup Flour
1 & 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
1/4 Cup Margarine (semi/totally melted)
3oz (use liquid measurer) Soy Milk

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Melt margarine and then stir/mash it in with a fork, this will create a crumbly consistency.
Stir in milk to make dough.
I make sloppy balls of dough about 1/4 cup in size, to form six biscuits on a pan, either with parchment paper, or well oiled.
Cook for 18 minutes and enjoy with marge or any sort of topping!
